A short set of expectations for being a good Innerloop citizen.

Be kind, be specific

Critique work, not people. "I don't think this scales because…" beats "this won't work". Specifics make feedback useful.

Default to public

If a conversation could help someone else, have it in a public channel. DMs are fine for personal stuff — but design discussions live better in the open.

Ship rough drafts

You don't need to wait until it's polished. Half-baked is welcome here.

Credit generously

If someone unblocked you, say so. If you reused an idea, mention where it came from.

What's not okay

• Harassment, slurs, or personal attacks.
• Spamming or recruiting outside of designated channels.
• Sharing private conversations without consent.

Moderators may remove content or members who repeatedly cross these lines.
